The Towee Lifetime Hull Warranty

I recently recived a phone call that basically said "Todd, you guys do an outstanding job of building skiff but a terrible job of telling people about your lifetime hull warranty". Well, after a long conversation and some self reflection, I have to agree - we dont do a good job of that at all! Seems that after all these years of keeping our heads down building skiffs, we sometimes forget to highlight some of the great things about becoming a Towee owner. So as we enter our 17th year of the famous Towee warranty, lets dive into the details;

Each new Towee Sherpa, Calusa Pro and most Scout Skiffs are backed by our Lifetime Hull Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner as long as they own the skiff. So yes, if you had a delamination 10 years down the road - Towee would cover it. No charge, No "pro rated coverage" - no questions asked.

How can we do this? First, we hand build simple, well designed skiffs with proven techniques. Our boat builders generally have from 5-15 years with the company and can hand lay skiffs without the higher failure mode percentages associated with processes like resin infusion. We KNOW that we dont have dry fissures because we physically see every inch of the lamination. Our proprietary hull lamination produces a hull that is lighter and stronger than traditional fiberglass hulls and our construction methods ensure a quality, durable skiff that will last for generations.

We do realize that we certainly do not have to offer this warranty as it far exceeds other builder's warranty. We do because we can and we do it as a thank you to our loyal owners.
